KnotTrack helps adult volunteers organize personal training, service, award, and recognition information. It is not an official Scouting America record system and does not replace My.Scouting.org, a local council, or an authorized awards committee.

Verify official requirements

Award requirements, training rules, uniform guidance, forms, and program policies can change. Verify eligibility and submission materials against the current official source and appropriate council before acting or submitting an application.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the files you upload, and any report you share. Do not upload information you are not authorized to possess or store, including unnecessary youth member data.

Names, marks, and materials

Scouting America names, trademarks, insignia, awards, and related materials belong to their respective rights holders. KnotTrack claims no ownership of Scouting America intellectual property.

No warranty

KnotTrack is provided on an as-available basis. The volunteer project cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, acceptance of generated materials, or continued availability of third-party services.

Account termination

You may stop using KnotTrack and permanently delete your account at any time. Misuse that threatens the service, other users, or data security may result in access being restricted.
