Delete Your Account

KnotTrack provides permanent account deletion directly inside the mobile app.

Deletion steps

1. Sign in to KnotTrack.
2. Open More.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Data that is deleted

Deletion removes your KnotTrack authentication account, profile, synchronized app state, training and award progress, service and veteran records, document metadata, profile image, and user-scoped uploaded files.

Data that may remain

Short-lived security, operational, or backup records may remain only as required for system integrity, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or disaster recovery and are removed according to the service provider's retention cycle.

If you cannot access the app

Email hello@knottrack.app from the address associated with your KnotTrack account. Identity verification may be required before deletion.
