Training CSV import

1. Download a Leader Training Completed or Member Training CSV from My.Scouting.org.
2. In KnotTrack, open Training and choose Import My.Scouting Report.
3. Select the CSV, review the preview, and confirm the import.

Sign-in help

Confirm that the device has internet access. For email accounts, complete the verification message before signing in. Google Sign-In must use the same Google account originally connected to KnotTrack.

Data and account controls

Open More, then Settings to export your records, review privacy information, or permanently delete your account.

Report a problem

Email hello@knottrack.app with the device model, operating-system version, app version, screen involved, and what happened. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, My.Scouting credentials, or unredacted sensitive documents.
